Tuna salad with olives

It's amazing how mixing tomato, onion, tuna and some olives stuffed with pimiento you can have this light salad ready in the blink of an eye!

Ingredients (4 people)

Prep Time: 20 minutes

• 3 oz. olives stuffed with Pimiento

• 2 large tomatoes

• 1 cup of canons or watercress

• 1 small red onion

• 7 oz. tuna

• Extra Virgin olive oil

• Salt


Step 1: Cut the olives in slices. Set aside.

Step 2: Cut the tomatoes into large squares and place them in a bowl. Clean the veggies and cut into thick julienne slices mix with tomatoes and canons, set aside a bit of them to decorate. Add olive oil and salt, stir and serve in a large bowl or table tray.

Step 3: Finish with the tuna put in strips, a few leaves of canons more and the sliced olives.
