Turkey wrap with olives
As an appetizer in the middle of the morning or as a snack in the afternoon. These light turkey wraps, cheese and Hojiblanca olives are perfect to enjoy at any time of the day.
Ingredients (4 people)
Prep Time: 20 minutes
• 7 oz. Hojiblanca olives
• 5.3 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. turkey ham
• 4 large wheat tortillas for tacos
• 2.8 oz. arugula
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Ground black pepper
DirectionsStep 1: Chop the olives and the turkey ham into slices.
Step 2: Extend the tortillas and spread with the cream cheese. Sprinkle some arugula and turkey strips. Finished with a thin trickle of olive oil, ground black pepper and some slices of olives setting aside some of them for the end.
Step 3: Roll up the wraps, cut through the middle and put a little more of the olives sprinkled on top.
