Southern Mini Sandwich

The best southern flavor in a mini sandwich with Hojiblanca black olives, mackerel in olive oil, mayonnaise and beetroot chips.

Ingredients (1 piece)

• Hojiblanca olives

• 1,06 Oz. Mackerel in olive oil

• 0,88 Oz. Mayonnaise

• 0,35 Oz. Beetroot

• Mollete bread

Directions

Step 1: Mix the mayonnaise with beetroot water to get a red and delicious mayonnaise.

Step 2: Open the mollete bread and put the beetroot and the mackerel without olive oil.

Step 3: Top with the red mayonnaise and Olives from Spain to taste.
