Olives, shrimps and potatoes salad

• 1 cup Queen pitted olives
• 2/3 cup of peeled carrot
• 1 peeled potato
• 3 cage free eggs
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cooked prawn
• Pinch of white pepper
DirectionsStep 1: Chop the olives in squares, reserving some of them whole and sliced to decorate. Also chop the prawns and set aside.
Step 2: Chop the potatoes into small squares and the carrots into even smaller pieces. Cook the eggs 10 min and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the carrots in water and salt for 3 minutes, and then add the potato. Cook until the potato begins to undo. Drain, put in a bowl and mix with the mayonnaise, stirring to grind part of the potato.
Step 4: Peel and chop the egg whites and yolks separately.
Step 5: In a bowl mix the chopped olives, prawns, cooked potato and carrot, egg white chopped and half of the chopped yolk. Mix integrating everything and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6: On a plate with the help of a cooking ring put the salad, finish with chopped yolk and whole and sliced olives.
